  The food was great as usual. However, customer service was bad. Went there for birthday celebration, they messed up 3 of our 5 orders!! For those who got their orders correctly waited for the others to get their right orders, so their food got cold. To make things worse, our waitress kept trying to remove plates even though we were still eating. When I became annoyed and asked her to leave the plates, she started to give me dirty looks and show what a bad attitude means!!! I had many good experiences with them in the past, however; it might be under new management or maybe staff are not undergoing proper training. The manager took a salad and a burger off the bill. Overall, it was a bad experience where I was not going to take a chance and allow any of the staff to ruin the reminder of our celebration so I took the birthday cake and went to celebrate in another place.

• Review of "Eden Gardens" at Macquarie Park

  The only reason this place got 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the garden. This place has nice garden and a lot of pretty photos were taken, the play area for kids is too small even for a 1 year old to enjoy though. As for the cafe, it is one of the worst place that I have been to in years, the two piece of cakes I ordered took 20 minutes to arrive. While not minding spending more than average, the below average taste is definitely a red light. To make it worse, the service was rude or non-existence. Waitress decided to overlook my friend in queue and calling 'Next' towards the customer behind her. The unhappy face on the waitress after knowing that she has only bought 1 cake ruined our mood. I guess all the money I paid went to the garden and that could be the only explanation why the cafe is so overpriced and poorly operated by rude staff.

• Review of "McDonald's North Ryde" at Macquarie Park

  Food is good but customer service is terrible. Food had been ready for the past 5-10mins but they dint serve it, in the end i had to ask them for it myself rather than them calling out the order no. coz they were busy chatting with each other and the Manager was busy on her mobile phone chatting!!
